The design of any saddle is paramount.  A combination of great style visually and good comfort comes from the design and from the selection of material used in the construction.

We work with expert designers to try and keep our designs updated. We try to incorporate new materials and new research into our production models as soon as we can.

We acknowledge and appreciate the research work done by some European saddle makers in publishing work in area of lower back pain. We know many riders are over 40 years old and we know there are a growing number of people with issues in the lower back that needs management.

In our English models our Anatomic designed dressage saddle incorporates the latest published research in this field.

In our stock saddles the Elite model is a good example where we have used the knowledge to incorporate a high density foam pad into the seat but still retain a close contact feel to the saddle.
