For Buyers in Australia

To ensure suitability and comfort we offer a five (5) day trial period. This means that you can order a saddle, trial it on your own horse and if not suitable we will exchange or refund the sale.

The condition is if you want to return the saddle it must be in a clean, unmarked state so we can reasonably sell this as a new saddle.

Purchaser is also required to cover the actual cost of postage, not the subsidied cost both ways.

Any payment charges in the transaction such as PayPal charges, zippay or After pay fees not refunded to us will also not be refunded to client.
 
This trial is designed to be fair and reasonable for both us and the client. There is a cost if you select the wrong product so careful consideration needs to be made in the process. Call me and I will assist you as much as possible

In addition to our trial period all saddles have a minimum 60 month return-to-base warranty on the tree.

For International Buyers

Please note once a saddle is exported out of Australia our quarantee regulations make is very difficult and very expensive to import a used saddle into Australia.

Therefore there is NO trial Period or return outside Australia
