This super popular saddle has had a significant upgrade set and is of fantastic quality. The Polocrosse Deluxe was first released 12 years ago as a top of the line competition saddle designed for the serious rider. It is built on a double reinforced fibreglass tree. This updated model retains the base design and feel but has been upgraded on a new tree specifically moulded to take advantages in new fiberglass and tree manufacturing.
The girth rig has been up graded to a three way rig. The changes in the Polocrosse Australia regulation on saddle make this a polocrosse legal girth system.
The fender is fitted to a traditional stirrup bar, not the cheaper tree fitting. The knee pads are hand shaped leather fitted to the saddle in the traditional way as opposed to the knee pad being part of the mould of the tree. The seat is deep and comfortable with the knee pads shaped to give maximum support and security but still allow you to get well forward to get the ball. The saddle is designed to give the feel of the traditional "gooseneck" stock saddle. It feels narrower under the rider and gives a very comfortable feel when you sit in it. This saddle is built to fit the typical Australian Stock Horse shape that you find in today in top performance horses. mounted with top of the range Australian stock type double girth and high polished aluminium "Twisted" stirrup irons with leather tread specifically designed for fender saddles. Also includes padded saddle bag.
